Instant pot fried rice is one of the easiest recipe i love to make atleast once a month.
Rinse the basmati rice in running water once and soak it in water for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes drain the water completely.
In instant pot turn on 'saute' once it shows hot ,add the sesame oil,add garlic and fry till it turns into medium brown color.
Add green chilli,spring onion bulb,vegetables and saute for a minute.
Add vinegar,soya sauce,rice,salt and water.Mix it well and set manual/pressure cook for 6 minutes.Do a QR(quick release) after 2 minutes.
Add the stems of spring onion and serve with onion raita or your favourite manchurian.
