In a pan add 1/4+1/3 cup of ghee and after 2 minutes add the besan flour and roast in low flame until the mix turns golden color or until the raw smell goes off.
In IP add 1 cup sugar , 1/4 cup water, 4 tsp oil.Mix it together well and close the lid . Manual 4 mins, High Pressure . Quick Release.
Once opened, add the besan flour and mix it .
Transfer it to the greased pan immediately.
Wait for it to cool down completely ,slice it and enjoy.
