Ingredients

  • 1 cup Besan Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1/4+1/3 cup ghee

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 1/4+1/3 cup of ghee and after 2 minutes add the besan flour and roast in low flame until the mix turns golden color or until the raw smell goes off.

  2. In IP add 1 cup sugar , 1/4 cup water, 4 tsp oil.Mix it together well and close the lid . Manual 4 mins, High Pressure . Quick Release.

  3. Once opened, add the besan flour and mix it .

  4. Transfer it to the greased pan immediately.

  5. Wait for it to cool down completely ,slice it and enjoy.
