Thanks for the recipe.
Tried your Mysore Pak Recipe. It came out very well but a bit confused with Ingredients. I tried with 1/4+1/3 cup ghee. But in the video, you were showing 1/2+1/3 cup ghee. Which one is the best one? can I use ghee instead of 4 tsp oil? Please clarify my doubts.
Thanks a lot.
use 1/4 cup +1/3 cup itself.i will say go with 4 tsp oil that will give perfect texture.
If I want to double the recipe, should I use the same IP settings still or increase the time?
i havent tried double quantity yet 🙁
Thank you so much for the recipe ? Will the sugar ratio will be enough? would it be sweet enough like regular mysorepak ?
we find it perfect , try and let me know 🙂
IP duo does not have a “Manual” setting. What do I do? Any ideas.
do you have pressure cook ? if so pls use that
I followed the measurements exactly. In IP
I got burn notice. Please revisit recipe and adjust for new IP models that I believe are less tolerant to burn notices. This recipe does not work as is for the new IP since 2019.
pls try with low pressure for new ip it may work
Thanks for the recipe. It was unbelievably easy and tasty 🙂
